What is a Social Help?
An online product, Social Help is designed to provide you with a comprehensive report on your social media use. It covers every part of your online social activity to determine your social score and the impact it can have on your life, personally, professionally and financially, giving you the information you need to improve it.
What is my social score?
By undertaking a detailed analysis of your social media activity, from your interactions with others, spending habits and geographic activity, to the content you publish, Social Help is able to provide an overview of your social footprint and translate this into a score. This social score is used by others to assess your personality, including how trustworthy, employable and creditworthy you seem to be.
Why is my social score important?
To assess people in situations like employment opportunities and loan applications, a growing number of companies, banks and other institutions are turning to social scoring information. Taking advantage of this to make the most of these opportunities means ensuring your social score is the best it can be.
What does my social footprint report consist of?
Your social footprint report gathers all your social media activities in one place to provide a full breakdown including your overall score, personality traits, good and bad aspects of your interactions, your activity over time, your geographic location details, your spending activity and the words you use most commonly.
How do I get my social footprint report?
Once you’ve signed up to Social Help, you just need to link your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles to your account and go to the dashboard. Be sure to add all three platforms if you use them, as this will allow Social Help to create a more accurate report.
How often can I check my social footprint report and social score?
You can check these details 24/7, as often as you want. As long as you subscribe to Social Help, you’ll have unlimited access to your account.

To regain access to your account, click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link in the sign-in window, then follow the instructions in the email we’ll send you. How can I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Sign in to your account, go to your profile page, and click the ‘Cancel My Account’ button. You’ll be asked to confirm this by clicking ‘Yes, Cancel Account’. Following this step, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged again.

I want a refund, can I ask for one?
When you sign up to Social Help, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee of £27.85. You may cancel your subscription at any time; once you do, we won’t charge you any further. However, you are not entitled to a refund for any subscription fees paid.
Can I edit my payment information or contact details?
Can I change my password?
This can be changed at any time. All you have to do is sign in, go to the ‘My Profile’ page and choose the option to create a new password. Once you’ve clicked the confirmation button, your password will be changed with immediate effect.
